MountainPeak Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

At MountainPeak we take your privacy as seriously as a black hole takes gravity. Whether you are a Lexis Analyst or a Cadet, you have full control over your data.

If you have used Facebook Login to sync your progress in Float Five, you can request the deletion of your associated data at any time.

1. How to Delete Your Data via Facebook

To remove the connection between your Facebook account and Float Five, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy menu.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Scroll down to Apps and Websites and find Float Five.
  4. Click the Remove button next to the app name.
  5. Check the box that asks to delete posts, videos, or events Float Five posted on your timeline and click Remove again.

We do not post to your timeline, but Facebook may still show this option during removal.

2. How to Wipe Your Game Data (In-App)

For a total "Supernova" wipe of your game progress, currency, and rank, you can do this directly inside the app:

  1. Open Float Five on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Tech Hub (Settings) from the Home screen.
  3. Tap the Delete My Data button.
  4. Confirm your choice. Warning: This action is instant and cannot be undone.

3. What Data Is Removed?

When you request a data deletion, we permanently erase the following from our Firestore records:

  • Star Dust Balance: all your earned and purchased currency
  • Stellar Rank & Cosmic Insight: your level, rank title, and total XP
  • Astral Atlas Progress: every shard, star, and system unlocked across English and Dutch dimensions
  • Gravity Vault Items: all your owned skins and physics tweaks
  • Oxygen Levels: your current bubble count and regeneration timers

5. Privacy Note

Because we use Firebase Anonymous Authentication by default, many players do not have any personal data linked to us at all. We only store what is necessary to keep your Daily Orbit streak alive and your Star Dust safe.
